Mississippi Sin Quiche: 10-Min Easy Brunch Recipe

  • Author: abigail_patterson
  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

A creamy, crustless quiche that combines the bold flavors of Mississippi Sin dip with eggs and cheese. It’s a quick, protein-rich brunch dish perfect for using up holiday leftovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 0.5 cup sliced green onions
  • 12 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan or baking dish.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, drain on paper towels, cool, and crumble.
  3. Dice ham into small, uniform cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and frothy.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine diced ham, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, and green onions.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese mixture, stirring gently to combine. Add hot sauce.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 35-45 minutes until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for better blending. Do not overbake; the center should still jiggle slightly as it will firm up while resting. For a lighter version, substitute half the heavy cream with milk or almond milk. Ensure ingredients are gluten-free if necessary.
